Welcome to KokoMane! By shopping on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to make your experience fun, safe, and magical while providing kawaii unicorn apparel made just for you.

1️⃣ Ordering & Payment

All orders are placed through our website, and payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes for US customers. For international orders, additional customs duties may apply.

2️⃣ Production & Print-on-Demand

All our products are made on demand through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Because every item is custom-made, some slight variations in color, print, or size may occur.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times are:

• US domestic: 5–15 business days

• International: 10–25 business days
  Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or other delays. Tracking information is provided for each order.

4️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we only accept returns in case of defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@kokomane.com within 7 days with a photo, and we will issue a replacement or refund.

5️⃣ Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need assistance, contact us immediately at contact@kokomane.com – we’ll do our best to help!

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and content on KokoMane are the property of KokoMane and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

7️⃣ Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. For international sales, including the US, local consumer laws may also apply.
