At KokoMane, we want your kawaii unicorn wardrobe to arrive safely and on time! 🦄 Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and returns.


1️⃣ Production & Shipping Times

All our products are printed on demand. Production usually takes 3–7 business days before shipping. Estimated shipping times:

  • US domestic: 7–9 business days

  • International: 9–15 business days
    Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


2️⃣ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


3️⃣ Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.


4️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund.

How to request a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@kokomane.com

  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue
    We’ll guide you through the process and send a replacement or refund promptly.


5️⃣ Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you contact us immediately, we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after production begins.


6️⃣ Important Notes

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting.

  • Items are shipped directly from our print-on-demand partner, so packaging may reflect their branding.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or local carriers.
