1️⃣ How long does it take to receive my order?
All KokoMane products are made on demand via our print-on-demand partner. Production usually takes 3–7 business days, plus shipping times:
US domestic: 5–15 business days
International: 10–25 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
2️⃣ Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are custom made, we only accept returns or exchanges if products are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@kokomane.com with a clear photo of the issue.
3️⃣ How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package until it arrives at your door.
4️⃣ Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. If you need help, contact us immediately at contact@kokomane.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
5️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and possible customs duties vary depending on your country.
6️⃣ Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible, but the final product may slightly differ due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
